From Allysons' Mouth

Last night we are getting ready to go feed the baby goats and Brynnah was being difficult and I said "Brynnah, stop being a pill!"  Allyson says, "Mommy, Brynnah is not a pill she is just a baby."  I followed with, "oh yah, what is your excuse?"  She says with a smile, "I am just a pill!"  At least she knows I guess.

Then...

this morning we are looking at pictures of a friends baby and Allyson says, "look its Brynnah". I told her that it was not Brynnah it was Lucy.  She insisted that it was Brynnah and I told her no it is another baby, Lucy.  She then asks, "Are we going to have another baby?" I told her yes and then she says, " Are we going to buy a baby like this one" (pointing to Lucy). I said, "no Allyson, Mommy's baby is in my tummy right now. We don't buy real babies."  She laughs and says, "Nooooooooo Mommy, that is a baby" pointing to Brynnah.  I guess she doesn't quite get the concept yet.  She is just so cute these days.
